Fearless Hearts... Embrace
Embrace a sense of quiet, ease and connection as you leave the daily rituals behind and come together with other like minded women on a journey of the heart and inner empowerment in the heart of the English countryside. Women of the world are beginning to embrace their personal power, willpower, and standing in unity to bring about balance that is necessary in our world today. Join us for three powerful days of connection, surrender and transformation.
You will be invited to shed layers of stress and years of limiting beliefs that have left you feeling disempowered and small. Through Yoga, QiGong, group work and one to one healings you will let go of old patterns and fears that stop you from embracing the day to day joys that life has to offer.
Being surrounded by the Autumn falling leaves, you will experience a connection with Mother Earth as she shows us how beautiful it is to shed the old in preparation for the new. You will leave feeling a deeper sense of connectedness and appreciation for self, others and nature. Expect to embrace your innate sense of love, joy and new found energy for life.

Tracy Barber
Founder of Calm Collective, Tracy’s mission is to teach, empower and unite individuals. Seeing herself as a modern day alchemist whose goal is “the transformation of an ordinary person into an extraordinary human”, she draws upon her roles as NLP psychotherapist, Yoga teacher, Reiki healer, entrepreneur and mum to invoke a little bit of magic into the lives of individuals and the collective. Taking inspiration from her personal insecurities and disempowerment, Tracy uses her stories to co-create a life full of meaning and purpose – transforming self-sabotage into freedom. It is this that drives her passion to help others realise they too can transform and create a meaningful life.
Anya Lukover
Inspired by her own health journey, Anya has a passion for helping people to awaken their inner healing and to feel the best they possibly can in their body. Using a mixture of her energy training in Kinesiology, Reiki, EFT & Matrix Reimprinting, Spinal Flow and shamanic healing, she locates where there is stress in the body and then assists her clients in releasing it. Anya enjoys her 1-2-1 sessions, but has a special growing love for group healing as feels that when a group comes together to heal, the volume turns UP! Her energy training never stops and is excited to be on a journey this year to become a teacher of Qi Gong.
Chloe Cossy
Since healing her own mind, body and spirit through nature’s glorious abundance, Chloe’s passion runs deep within the medicinal power of food to create tailored dishes in flow with any style of retreat. She will nurture your belly and soul. Chloe works in a holistic manner sourcing and preparing all ingredients as sustainable, fresh and local as possible ensuring the vibration and energetics of all dishes prepared under her watch is at its optimum for ultimate digestion and energy.

Bevelee Leask
Bevelee’s journey to naturopathic nutrition was sparked by her desire to find answers to her own health issues. Training at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London she began to explore the connection between food and health, and is excited to share this knowledge with others. Bevelee’s hope is to spread the message of love and healing that the earths whole foods can provide.

1-2-1 Reiki healing with Tracy or Anya
30 minutes @ £25
A retreat is a great space to come together as a group for healing. As well as the group healing work, you will also have some down time to spend on your own to journal and rest or walk outside in the beautiful surrounding woodland.
In these periods of downtime, Tracy and Anya will be available for 1-2-1 Reiki healing which available at a reduced rate to their usual prices.
Reiki is an energy healing system that uses the energy of life to flow through the facilitators hands to the receiver. Using a gentle touch of the hands on the different positions of the body, this practice balances and strengthens the functions and health of the physical body, enhances relaxation and self-awareness & quiets and nourishes the spirit.
This is a great opportunity to surrender and allow your body to go deeper in to your healing for the weekend.
Make sure you pre-book your 1-2-1 healing with Tracy or Anya as spaces are limited.
